Jack Bleier's practice includes representation of clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, business entity formations, and business sales and acquisitions. Mr. Bleier also represents major lenders in the tri-state area. As managing partner, Jack Bleier believes in a hands-on approach and delivers personal service to his diverse clientele.
Mr. Bleier joined the firm in 1980 following his graduation from Albany Law School. He is member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Federal and NY state courts.
Partner & Managing Attorney
Kevin Buggy specializes in the administration of decedents estates, all aspects of real estate law and the purchase and sale of small businesses. He has represented buyers, sellers, investors and lenders for over 25 years. He also serves as a court-appointed Guardian and Evaluator for the mentally disabled.
He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law class of 1993 and holds a BA from the University of Buffalo. Mr. Buggy has served as President of the Long Island City Lawyers Club and is a good standing member of the Queens County Bar.
Associate Attorney
Daniel Sabzanov is experienced in many aspects of real estate law, including the representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in sales and refinances. He also is well-versed in landlord/tenant litigation, representing both landlords and tenants as well as assisting with lease negotiation. Mr. Sabzanov also practices estate work, creating wills and trusts for his clients.
The newest addition to the firm, Mr. Sabzanov received his JD degree from Rutgers Law School in 2019 and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He also holds a BA in Economics from St. John's University, Class of 2016.
